Deep Meaning · English

In this concluding verse of the fifteenth chapter, Krishna elevates the discourse from a mere collection of teachings to the status of 'Guhyatamam'—the most confidential and secret wisdom. This secrecy does not imply an exclusionary barrier, but rather a protection of sacred truth that requires a pure vessel, as indicated by his address to Arjuna as 'Anagha,' the sinless one. The knowledge imparted here—the realization of the Purushottama (the Supreme Divine Person who transcends both the perishable world of matter and the imperishable, immutable Self)—is the culmination of all scriptural wisdom. It acts as a spiritual catalyst that transforms the seeker’s intellect from a tool of mundane analysis into a faculty of divine illumination. To be 'krita-krityah'—one who has accomplished all that is to be accomplished—signifies the attainment of the ultimate goal of human life. In the Advaita and Bhakti synthesis, this implies that the seeker no longer experiences the agitation of becoming, but rests in the stillness of being. When the knowledge of the Supreme Person is assimilated, the cycle of desire and action finds its natural closure. The devotee realizes that they are no longer a fragmented ego striving for fruit, but a part of the Divine, their purpose fully realized in the simple act of existing as an instrument of the Infinite.

The ultimate realization of the Supreme Divine Personality dissolves the restless urge to achieve, bestowing the peace of one who has fulfilled the soul’s eternal journey.
